Shipping & Delivery

Your Pome pieces are on their way. ✨ Here’s everything you need to know about your order:

Delivery Time

All orders are delivered within 3–5 business days from the time your order is confirmed.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders, a shipping fee deposit is required to confirm your order.

The deposit can be sent through InstaPay or supported e-wallets.
Once the deposit is received, your order will be officially confirmed and prepared for shipping.

The remaining order amount will be paid upon delivery.

Visa & Mastercard

If you choose to pay by Visa or Mastercard, your order is automatically confirmed once the payment is successfully completed.

No deposit or additional confirmation is required. ♡
